You’ve probably heard that moms-to-be should eat a balanced diet consisting of proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and fats.

Eat Regularly

You may also have heard that you’re more likely to carry to term if you eat 3 meals + 2 snacks or six mini-meals each day.

Eat Real

There’s a lot to understand about where our food comes from – and what’s in it. Real food comes from nature: plants, roots, fruits, nuts, seeds, milk, and more. Real doesn’t include additives, preservatives, artificial ingredients, heavily refined foods, and ingredients that you can’t understand.

There’s a simple rule of thumb for eating real: if your great-grandmother wouldn’t have thought of it as food, it’s probably not real food.
